At the beginning of each month the Community Mini-Proposal process opens and the proposal form can be filled out. The closing date for the form is 7 days before the end of the month.
To qualify for the funding selection process, a proposal must have at least 51% YES votes. The proposal with the highest YES count (YES votes minus NO votes) will be first in line to receive funds. If there are funds remaining after the top proposal has been funded, the proposal with the second highest YES count will be funded. This process continues until there are insufficient funds to fund any remaining qualifying proposals. If, at any time, there are insufficient funds for a proposal, the submitter will be asked to resubmit the proposal the following month, and the funding process moves on to the next qualifying proposal in line.
Community members can cast their vote for 7 days before the end of each month. The link to the voting forms will be published here.
